This is entirely up to you. We will always recommend the high solids show clear, but all of our clears have ultimate UV resistance.

No! Because of the science behind fluorescent (aka neon) pigments, they are absorbing UV light in order to be that bright. Absorbing UV light = fade. This will happen within a year.
